Engineers are aware of the issue and the carrier is involved. There is no ETR at this time. We will update this notice again when we have more information. ****UPDATE 04:21 AM PDT - AT&T, who provides the affected fiber circuit, has informed us that this outage is a high-level facility issue with an estimated time of recovery of 9:21 AM Pacific Daylight Time. We will continue to update this notice as we receive more information. ****UPDATE 09:58 AM PDT - AT&T has reported that the case is under review and a dispatch technician will be assigned shortly. ****UPDATE 03:50 PM PDT - The fiber break has been located, and AT&T is working to restore services. The current ETR is 12:00 AM. ****UPDATE 06:53 PM PDT - The AT&T backhaul links between our Sea Ranch and Fremont datacenters appear to be restored at this point.
